EASY TO INSTALL SMART HOME LIGHT CONTROLS
Switchmate is a connected home company dedicated to making smart home products that are simple and intuitive to install making it possible to quickly and easily convert any home into a smart home. Their product is a simple solution that snaps over existing light switches without tools or wires and connects to your phone to turn lights on and off using a simple actuation mechanism that flips the light switch up and down.
This concept work was done while Switchmate was still in the startup phase following the release of their initial MVP and before their first acquisition. It was intended to illustrate the product’s potential for simplicity and elegance while also illustrating the company’s future ability to enter new product categories (e.g. smart power outlets).
